[/vc_column_text][vc_custom_heading text_font=”font-329340″]Python (and more!) for Teaching[/vc_custom_heading][vc_column_text]In 2018, I have introduced (thanks to the hard work of Dr. J Kermode and Dr R. Maurer, amongst others) Jupyter Notebooks (a friendly interface to, in this case, the Python programming language) as a tool to both deliver and assess a fraction of my teaching materials. This is the very beginning of a large-scale effort to bring scientific computing into the chemistry, physics and enguneering curricula – as a start.

You can get a sense of what we are trying to achieve by having a look at our Notebooks, freely available on GitHub:

[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/1″][vc_custom_heading]

[/vc_custom_heading][vc_accordion][vc_accordion_tab title=”Reminder of Statistical Mechanics” tab_id=”1526244874-1-62″][vc_column_text]Reminder of Statistical Mechanics: Lectures notes[/vc_column_text][/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=”Ab initio Molecular Dynamics” tab_id=”1526244874-2-40″][vc_column_text]Ab initio Molecular Dynamics: Lecture notes[/vc_column_text][/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=”Beyond NVE: Ensembles Medley” tab_id=”1526245874619-2-2″][vc_column_text]Beyond NVE: Ensembles Medley.
